US Securities and Exchange Commission
The primary mission of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the securities markets. US Securities and Exchange Commission Filings & Forms (EDGAR)
The SEC requires all public companies (except foreign companies and companies with less than $10 million in assets and 500 shareholders) to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR. Anyone can access and download this information for free. Here you'll find links to a complete list of filings available through EDGAR and instructions for searching the EDGAR database.

National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
The NASD, which operates subject to Securities and Exchange Commission oversight, is the largest self-regulatory organization in the United States, with a membership that includes virtually every broker/dealer in the nation that does a securities business with the public.

The Securities Lawyer's Deskbook
The Securities Lawyer's Deskbook contains the full text of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "1933 Act"), the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "1934 Act"), the Investment Company Act of 1940, the rules promulgated under those Acts, and Regulations S-K, S-B, S-X, and S-T. It also contains the principal forms under both the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act.
